Joshua Richards is a trial attorney with experience in over a dozen jury trials as well as having extensive experience in motion practice and depositions. Josh concentrates on expert witness testimony including cross examination of government forensic scientists. In addition, Josh has superior knowledge in law as well as an understanding of the criminal courts in Illinois and in particular Cook and the collar counties. Josh represents clients in both state courts in Illinois as well as in federal court in criminal defense cases including misdemeanor, felony and murder cases, In addition, Josh represents clients in civil matters ranging from malicious prosecution to violations of the federal civil rights act.

Josh earned his J.D. form the John Marshall Law School in 2013 and his B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2010. In law school Josh made Deans list twice and earned certificates in Intellectual Property Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Trial Advocacy. In addition, Josh earned the CALI award for International Business Transactions.
